Returns and exchanges
Brixtol Textile is constantly aiming to reduce returns, mainly due to its unnecessary environmental impact caused during transportation. Another aspect is the high costs for shipping and handling. All Brixtol Textiles garments have measurement charts, and we encourage our customers to use this as a tool when finding the right size.
If you’re not happy with your purchase or wish to make an exchange you can return your order to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. If you wish to exchange the garment for another size or colour this is applicable on the grounds that there is available stock and/or the cost is equal to your original order. We offer free exchanges one time per order. If you return your order after the 14 days have passed we will deduct a penalty fee of from your refund.
Conditions of Return
Any purchased items are to be returned to us within 14 days from the day they were received. Items must be returned to us in the condition they were received and any indication of wear or usage such as exposure to outdoor elements, odour or any form of damage will void your eligibility for a refund and/or exchange. Returns are reviewed by our warehouse staff that report upon the quality of goods sent back to us.
In order for the goods to be eligible for refund, please make sure that:
- The order is returned within 14 days from when you received it
- The Brixtol Textiles hang tags and labelling are intact
- The return slip is included in the returned package.
- The return includes any inclusive or promotional goods received
- The order was processed on www.brixtoltextiles.com

How to Return
All orders handled by us will contain a shipping label and return slip. If you wish to return your garment, you will find all necessary information and instructions on the return slip. If you’ve lost or misplaced those documents, please contact email@example.com.
- Place item/s in the package your order was delivered in
- Fill out the return slip received with your order
- Include the return slip in the package
- Make sure you seal the package securely
- Attach the included shipping label on the package
We will confirm your return/exchange as soon as our warehouse staff handles it. This might take up to seven week days after we've received your return.
We offer a flexible return/exchange process for our local and international wearers. All orders shipped from our warehouse in Sweden within the European Union include a shipping label and any incurred fees will be deducted from your refund total.
On all returns we deduct a return fee from your refund. The return fee differs depending on which country you purchased your order from. We will process the refund once the return have been received and inspected by our warehouse staff.
